We are a fully licensed and insured Roofing contractor specializing in commercial and industrial flat and low slope "COOL-ROOF" coatings (elastomeric and silicone).. We are a Gaco and GE ProGuard certified applicators offering up to a 20 year "No Limit Repair Leak" warranty and 50-year product warranty. Cool roofing is recommended by the US Department of Energy and outlasts almost any roof on the market. The 100% silicone and Elastomeric systems cool the interior by up to 35%, lowering utility costs and strain on public utilities. Both systems are 90% heat and light reflective and give the owners a same year tax write-off. We have extensive experience (over a half million square foot of roofing in 2020) in applying silicone and elastomeric "cool" roof systems to warehouses, hospitals, churches, schools, restaurants, residential, & commercial businesses.
