C. Dean's Roofing and Contractor

I hired Dean to repair the roof on my rental property. He's been great. Very kind, and quick to resond when I've had concerns or questions. My renters even had nice things to say about him. The roof is done, and I'm waiting on the siding to come in, but so far everything looks good! Would recommend!

Dean had done several jobs for one of my neighbors and came highly recommended. I originally spoke with Dean on a Wednesday and by the following Monday, materials had arrived onsite and his crew arrived to get started. The job took two days and looks great. After completing the job, the crew spent a great deal of time cleaning up. If I wasn't here for the repair, I would not know anyone was here. Highly recommended!

He is the kindest man I ve met. Did a wonderful job on my roof and had it done in one day. When they were done with the job I couldn t even tell they d been there. All the mess was cleaned up!

A master at his profession! I am thankful he was the one who did the work for this project...which included removing the old shingles, replacing 4 OSB boards (two boards of which he carefully cut and removed a 1 foot section), installed roofing paper, applied metal drip edging, applied new shingles, and cleaned up. During the process he was methodical about his work and engaged in friendly chat to let us know how it was coming along. I highly recommend him for your roofing project.

Integrity and Personable. Arrived on time and completed on budget. Only problem wish he would have pointed out the facia boards and minor damage around the roof that still need repaired.
