A part was replaced evaporator fan told me it would take 24 hours for the fridgerator to get school is now been over 2 weeks cannot get ahold of him cannot reach anybody and plus they charge me $265 and my fridgerator is still not working

Insisted he knew the problem and Replaced the wrong parts, improperly diagnosed the problem. My fridge still does not work. It's still freezing up and ice dispenser still doesn't work, back to square one and -$180 out.
