Chris was the tech that I spoke with and later came to my home. Chris came out at the time we agreed upon. He didn't waste any time. He was quick and knowledgeable, fixed the problems:I had to communicate with my wireless printer. Everything works! I am very happy! This is a great company!

They are very expensive. The are not good at communicating. They fixed some things I asked them to fix. Didn t fix things I asked them to fix. Did up grades I didn t ask for, and broke things that were not broken. They make promises and don t keep them.
