We had the pleasure of having CJ and his crew come out and remodel our kitchen and bathroom. They were very polite, courteous and clean. We had some issues with the suppliers we chose but all in all they did a really great job looking forward to working with them again our future products.

CJ and team created a beautiful space for us. We had our own rudimentary ideas for a bathroom remodel. But CJ's ideas were so much more interesting (and more functional) than ours. The project was completed within budget and on time. The whole experience was lovely and all the guys were friendly and professional. When the project was done, we kinda missed having them around.

My experience has been rough. Nothing felt prioritized especially since we talked about time restrictions up front. They damaged our floor in the process and said they would take care of it, but we ended up paying for all new flooring in our house that we were not really prepared for. They told us we were given a discount but never was provided proof and an actual breakdown of it all. A leak happened and damaged another room from the bathroom remodel that happened, they fixed the leak but never finished the damaged room that they started repairing. Iâ m going to be having someone else fix that and finish the floors in the rest of my house. They quoted me just for labor more than double what a real flooring company quoted me. The communication was sub par, they only showed up to do repairs when it was convenient for them, and I honestly feel like I was taken advantage of.

My home has gone from my first home to my forever home. They remodeled almost the whole interior of my home (Master bath, guest bath, living room, kitchen, bonus room, & guest room). It was a large project. CJ and his crew did an amazing job! CJ took my vision and made it into a reality. I had met with two other contractors. CJ pricing was reasonable, and the crew was friendly - which made Cedarbrooks the best choice. My dog even liked them! Strongly recommend for any size project inside and outside of your home.

I have been a homeowner in the PNW for nearly 20 years now, & I know how difficult it is to find decent contractors in this area. While preparing my home for sale recently, I had an extensive list of tasks I needed completed that really ran the gamut: from painting, drywall & electrical to trash removal. The property was in a dilapidated state after years of neglect & I had a limited budget to apply to the project. I met with-or tried to meet with-several contractors through Angieâ s List. I endured no-show after no-show & dozens of flat-out ignored messages. I was talked down to, treated rudely, given outrageous quotes or told wait times were 6-8 months, sometimes even to get a mere quote! I was at my witâ s end. The day we met for the quote, he was early & he confirmed via text. I was stunned! From that point on, I have been pleased & impressed with Cedarbrook Construction. CJ began by taking detailed notes during our discussion & house tour-something no other contractor had done. That is because Cedarbrook is completely above board. They make sure that everything is in writing; & that makes you feel protected & confident as a client. CJ immediately drafts contract changes so everything you discuss is clearly represented for both parties. There is never any confusion over what needs to be done or pricing; & if there are questions or issues, he faces them head-on. CJ & his team are fantastic: they do great work. They all go the extra mile for you. It is evident that they care about their work from the quality of the results. Another great thing about Cedarbrook is their consistent accessibility: (this is essential & yet seems to make Cedarbrook a unicorn among PNW contractors) CJ is actually reachable & always responds quickly to inquiries. He also uses the Rivet app, so you can track the progress of your projects in real-time. Their pricing is extremely fair & reasonable. Lastly, & this is lovely-he & his employeesâ attitudes are always upbeat & cordial. Thanks to CJ & his team, my house was on the market for a mere four days. It looked like eye candy when they were done. I was proud to show it off & hand it over to the new owners, knowing that the work that had been done to prepare it for them was solid. The bottom line is that Cedarbrook Construction just cannot be beat-they are the BEST contractor, hands down, I have ever used in the PNW!!!
