CE Duncan did a fantastic job re-surveying my personal property of 7 acres. The lines are well established and easily visible. The plat includes all physical improvements (even down to the smallest chicken coop) on the property, all to exact scale. I am very satisfied with the quality of work and the customer service that was provided. I highly recommend this company especially for personal property and homeowners.

Excellent customer service, after surveying took time to walk me around the property and show metal stakes that were there originally. Put wooden markers and flags along entire property line.

This company was recommended to me in 2018 for a structural inspection. I had an issue with my kitchen floor (which is located on the 2nd floor). This company advised it was just a cosmetic issue and nothing wrong with the joist in the floor. Well I took his advice and did nothing. Well 2 years later and the floor kept dropping. Turns out I have several joists that dropped. So Thanks a Million for your incorrect advice. I would not recommend this company to do any structural inspections.

First, they shouldn't did the work in the rain when it got to the point he couldn't read the metal and I asked him to come back when it wasn't raining. I explained to them I having an issue with my neighbor so can he come back to because the tags look like they been moved because they are going zig zag on the side with the problem neighbor and was willing to pay. But the owner rather go back and forth with me with an email instead of just sending someone back while i'm at home. They must think I'm stupid because I have the drawings I just needed it mark so the issue with this neighbor can cease. When you have that feeling that you should reschedule, do it because I should have been home when he finished so I could take pictures and when they tell you they are having an issue of reading the metal reschedule. He got paid on the spot so maybe I shouldn't have waited until to the work was done and/or I was satisfied. I been out of work since February and for me to have to pay for something like this was tight. For an owner of a business to tell me he can tell from a picture and refuse to send his worker back out even I'm willing to pay make me feel something not right with their services. Never tried to make things right or tell me he doesn't have time. I can';t and won't recommend him for anyone else. I had people asking if I like his work to give his information to them. So I guess he's so busy for a paying customer after he gets your money.
