He did a fantastic job. I hired C&E to do a brick wall repair and he did great!

You can see the colors of the retaining wall are inconsistent..... because he did not follow the written contract stating brown blocks.!! He also purchased insufficient amount at beginning. When needing to purchase more, a different Lot was a different shade. I will not hire this worker again and I will Not recommend.
