JONS CREW DID A GREAT JOB REFINISHING OUR FLOORS AS WE PREPARED TO MOVE FROM NY TO VA (GRANDKIDS). I DROPPED A HOT PAN ONTO THE PARTIALLY DONE FLOOR, AND JON CAME FROM ASHVILLE TO THE HAMBURG NY HOME AND TOOK CARE OF THE BURN MARKS. FLOORS LOOKED GREAT FOR THE NEW OWNER, I WOULD USE HIM IN A HEARTBEAT!

Floors turned out beautifully

John was very easy to work with and got me on the schedule quicker then most other companies. Additionally, he was much cheaper then other quotes I received and the actual floor itself looks soo good! Donâ t think it could have gotten much better with out replacing boards. So overall I am very pleased and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get there wood floors refinished.

We hired CGM Construction to refinish our hardware floors and install new flooring in the Kitchen. The Good: The hardwood floors turned out fantastic and we are very pleased. They were kind and responsive at the start of the project. The kitchen floors at first glance look good. The Bad: Did not attempt to cleanup after sanding floors, I know this is a dirty job but walls, appliances, doors kitchen cabinets, EVERYTHING has a layer of dust on it, that took us two days to clean. Including not cleaning up our driveway from the cutting. We were not informed they werent going to clean up after themselves. My new bathroom floor tiles got stain on it from the floors being refinished. No attention to detail. There were several globs of glue on my brand new kitchen flooring when the new molding was installed, that I had to scrape off. The new molding that was installed looked like my kid did it, coming off in several places, overlapping, and not done at all in a few spot. We also had a broken tile and large gaps at the edges of our new flooring. The kitchen door were cut to fit the new flooring, but they were left very jagged on the bottom, and the paint was scuffed up. The heater vents are now raised up because of the new floor height, but they were not modified to fit. When we confronted them over the phone about these issues, I was told that all of it was Mind over Matter, no one is going to see that stuff. So basically they didnt care about doing the finishing work and making my house look nice. I would not recommend CGM due to the poor attitude and lack of attention to details.

Jonathan and his crew did an exeptional job powerwashing our house including decks and a shed for a really fair charge. Would highly recommend them.
