I have had a wonderful experience every time I've used this company. The owner Gabe is an expert in his field and his workers are nice and friendly and very professional. Gabe has done several different jobs for me including install of a tankless water heater, removed my ac unit and installed it back perfectly (other company warned against it because it was old but Gabe assured me he could do it and do it right) He did! It runs wonderfully and he serviced it too. He's also installed a utility sink, a water filter, hand built a pedestal for AC to stand on and installed a regular water heater also because wr hated the tankless (not his fault) but most of all he came right away to help me when my water heater burst in the house. They helped dry everything and assured me everything would be ok. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND C&G Midence Cooling and Heating !

Outstanding and Professional Service!I highly recommend C&G Midence Cooling and Heating LLC for any AC repair needs! My air conditioning unit stopped working, and they were incredibly prompt in getting a technician out to my house. The technician was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain exactly what was wrong, and had my system up and cooling again in no time. Gabriel replaced our aging natural gas furnace, cooling coil, and condensing unit with a 15.5 SEER Trane unit. It looks good, functions well, and passed the Orlando Inspection the first time. If you want to step out of the big company--who's coming this time--service industry, then C&G Midence is a good pick. C&G is a little pricey, but Gabriel was very open and honest about the whole process.

When my house was failing to cool properly I had scheduled an afternoon appointment with another company. When they called me at 3:30 PM to tell me that couldn't get out that day I immediately went to Home Advisor. I was matched with C& G Midence, LLC and I actually received a call within 10 minutes from Gabriel. He was at my house within 2 hours and diagnosed the refrigerant leak in the evaporator coil. Due to the age of my air conditioning I opted to have the entire unit replaced. Gabriel was able to call me back quickly the next morning with a complete estimate and was out the following day to install the new unit. He was very nice and professional and worked very cleanly. Gabriel also informed me that I need to have the ducts in the attic replaced due to age and I look forward to hiring him again later in the year to replace them. If you are looking for a professional I would definitely recommend Gabriel and C & G Midence, LLC.

he really didn't have to do anything but tell my husband the drain was clogged so it turned itself off but he was nice enough to clean it and check it out to make sure there was no other problems...What a NICE person he was concerned because my husband has COPD and called to tell me it was going about an hour to get to my house would we like to try to find someone closer but being it was cool we said we would be ok and wait for him . So happy we did he was great.

Gabriel was my serviceman and he was prompt (actually early) neat, clean, courteous, concise, accurate and polite. He let me know what I was going to pay with the variables on the repair work. It turned out cheaper than he originally quoted and when he left I couldn't tell he was there, NO MESS! Very good work, worker and contractor. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
