Building Site Preparation and Clearing
On or around July 13, 2026, after initial contact via the Angi application, Gary Swanson (acting as Project Manager for CG DirtWorxs LLC) agreed to perform Skid Steer mulching and clearing services for four (4) acres of mid-to-light growth for a negotiated flat rate of $2,500.00.
The job was not completed as the equipment he was renting which he initially led me to believe he was part owner of - malfunctioned due to a hydraulic leak. The machine performed poorly. Hydraulic fluid was leaked over my property. The job was not completed. He agreed to come back and complete the job.
An opportunity was provided for Mr. Swanson to return and finish the job but he didn't show up and kept my money. I haven't received a call from him or his wife since.
Don 't be fooled by the Veteran owned presentation. I would have never thought in a million years that a true Veteran would cheat a fellow Veteran and express such a lack of integrity. I'm not sure if the veteran story he sold me was ever even true based on the outcome of this situation.
