I lucked out when I found Connie Glover of CG Staging & Interior Designs. Connie came to my house the next day. As she walked through, she stayed a few minutes in each room, telling me specific suggestions of what she would like to do for each room. She told me easy ways to make the home lighter and appealing to a large cross section of potential buyers. Connie was immediately inspired by my Victorian renovation, had great ideas for it, already had available a lot of what we would need, checked her thoughts with me, and was engaging and friendly. I knew we would work great together, so I cancelled my other interviews and hired Connie right then. Connie got my staging completed in our planned 2 week time frame. She stays in communication. She followed through on all requests from my realtor. She doesn't run up a big bill when she can find a bargain. I paid a deposit and some materials up front, and it sure worked for me that her actual fee gets paid at the closing when the property is sold. My home looks extra beautiful, and should sell higher and faster, thanks to all Connie's artistry, care, detail, and enthusiasm in staging. Two thumbs up for CG Staging & Interior Designs!!
