Clyde and his crews were responsive and professional. I had roofing and gutters replaced, siding replaced and painted, and a few odd jobs added in. The end product looks great and I felt I was treated well throughout the process. Others have commented on the quality of the paint job in particular - it looks sharp! Site was cleaned up very well too.

Clyde was very nice and informative about the differences between and asphalt roof and a metal roof. He also called the day he was scheduled to come for an estimate to let me know he would be late. There were a few problems getting started but it was done and finished exactly when he said it would be and he did not exceed his etimate. Very pleased and highly recommend.

The weather was a problem, but he made sure the project was done as soon as humanly possible.

Clyde rescued a covered porch addition project for me as the previous contractor quality was poor. He worked with me to redo flooring and steps installation and then completed the rails installation. His team was professional, great work, and cleanup. I have recommended him to my friends.

Excellent job

Clyde Hance gave us a great price for our asphalt roof replacement. They, did an excellent job - all in one day, and cleaned up every single nail. They even did little extras that we didn't expect - painting the vent pipes to match the roof, and when cleaning up, they even blew the leaves from around my house so it looks better than before they came. I would highly recommend his company and will hire him again when we need something else done.

My experience with CHC was fantastic! I was contacted by Clyde Hance Construction with in 24 hours of my internet request. I told Mr. Hance that I was interested in a asphalt roof and maybe a metal roof. We set up an appointment and Clyde came with samples and explained everything. I had both quotes that same day. Clyde was great to work with 1/2 the price of 2 other bids from larger companies but the same quality materials and flawless craftsmanship on damaged trim repair. job was quick and done neatly with no clean up required by me! Many small items replaced or repaired at minimal to no additional cost. I would recommend to anyone! Reasonable pricing, quality materials, worker that take pride in what they do and timely service. Very responsive, Competitive pricing, job done on time as promised, cleaned up upon completion. Even though they removed my previous roof I have yet to find any roofing nails. Overall very happy with experience.
