These guys are great! They came out on a late Saturday night on an emergency and only charged $300 (other companies wanted between $400-$550) to clear my main line! They had to pull a toilet and Pat was amazing! He had us totally assured that one way or another he will get it cleared since we have a baby in the house this was very important for us! And it was not an easy task, roots in my sewer line but after about 45 minutes of pulling, yanking snatching etc.on that cable and he got the roots cleared! I now see why such work can cost, this poor guy caught HLL but he got the job done. They also guarantee their work, most others will not on blockages. Nice uniforms too. Call these guys, they are awesome and we enjoyed Pat tremendously CHC SERVICES are my guys for plumbing from now on. Warren J.

When I called them they said free estimates they came out to perform the work in 12 minutes yet charge me $300 do yourself a favor don t bother to call them overcharge people when they re desperate

"Sir we came out on a SUNDAY MORNING 8am at YOUR REQUEST FOR EMERGENCY SERVICE! 45 minute drive to you, 90 minutes round trip and it was actually 20 minutes running a 100 foot heavy cable to clear YOUR MAIN LINE with another 20 minutes clean up etc!! The PROBLEM is you expected it for $85 BASED ON TIME and that?s NOT how plumbing works?YOU PAY US FOR OUR SKILL NOT THE TIME TO COMPLETE TASKS! Ask ANY client and they will tell you emergency and weekend work costs more ESPECIALLY when YOU DEMANDED WE COME NOW!! Which we did. $300 is NOT a lot to clear a main line with a heavy cable in a WEEKEND and EMERGENCY SERVICE CALL WHICH YOU DEMANDED!!"

On Feb. 20, 2019, Mr. John Patrick of CHC Services visited my home to fix a leak. He was extremely unprofessional. He was cursing and yelling during the whole project, complaining that whoever plumbed the house was an idiot. In between his ranting and frantic work, he asked me if I was married. I should have kicked him out of my home then. He busted a 3 ft hole in my wall then purchased the wrong tub / faucet plate and took the new shower head home with him. During the repair mentioned to me that I was a nice lady and that was attractive. He also told me to make a spaghetti dinner for him so we can discussed how he can save me money on plumbing, because my house was plumbed wrong. Mr. John charged me $650, and left. About 30 minutes later he called me and asked me to go to dinner with him, at first I refused, he kept nagging, and then I accepted. I want to kick myself. On Feb 21, 2019 he called to reschedule the date. I declined that date and told him I was disappointed in the work that was done. He came back to my home on Sunday. He brought the shower head an installed it. He said he was going to save me some money. I really thought he was going to help me, since I'm a disable veteran. I am so stupid! But, I didn't know any better. I allowed him to go back under my house. When he emerged, he told me I had bad plumbing along with mold near the master bedroom. So, like a dummy, I believed him. He went to Home Depot, came back, went back under the house and re-emerged. He told me that it would cost me $1,658.00! I almost cried. I was shaking. I could barely write out the check. I couldn't sleep for 3 nights. I'm still in disbelief! I fell for the "Con" game. This company is not honest! Notice their reviews mostly all of them are for "clear a clogged or slow drain". There are no diverse reviews for company. And there all exactly 5 stars. Too good to be true. Mostly all the reviews read the same, "quick and friendly". I'm going to report this company to the Better Business Bureau.

"Ma?am my men went out 3 times and did extra work for you and we only charged one time. We ran a snake that cleared your tub and one for your washing machine area. Your pipes are not vented correctly so you will have issues. $150 to clear 2 drains is VERY CHEAP! Jimmy achieved functional flow as per videos he took as proof. Without proper venting you will have these problems in the future. We did our best. Other companies would have charged 3 times that in 3 trips."

I knew my issue was serious enough to call for professional help. I was contacted almost immediately by CHC Services and given a next day appointment. Upon their arrival (Pat and Jimmy) they ask the right questions and didn't laugh at my rutimental description of my plumbing condition. They went right to work replacing broken very old cast iron piping, which should I say had been broken for quite sometime...more than likely been broken for YEARS and draining below my slab flooring Anyway Pat and Jimmy worked diligently for approximately 2 to 3 hours... POOF my plumbing condition is all good. I would highly recommend CHC SERVICES. Ask for Pat and Jimmy they are very friendly, professional guys that know what they are doing.

"While we do our very best to satisfy everyone, sometimes people get upset for varying reasons. This client is a very good and decent person and it pains me that we got such a low review, we made every attempt to resolve to issue which was a pricing issue. While we try to keep the pricing as low as possible obviously we can only go so low before taking a loss, of which we wouldn't be in business for long! Plumbing is not cheap but we can only go so low as we did with this client. Sadly we cannot please everyone and we certainly can't do work for free."
