It was a very pleasant experience. I needed a service done on a few shutters. They got me on the schedule for the next day. The guys were very kind and clean. They even ran my other shutters to make sure they were running well.

Run don' t walk away from this company. Took my money for the work and they never did any of the work. And they refused to give me the refund. It has been 11 months with so many false promises from Darryl. Now he refuses my calls. Update April 1. I finally received my refund with apology.

Paid a down payment for installation of shutters back in May and they still have not been done. No communication from the company to address. I hired this company due to their ratings and also letting me how quickly they could install.

This company installed my shutters had some delay problems but once they got on the project it went well. The company installer however lacked experience and made some small mistakes. However the company corrected the errors immediately, they teamed up with Tony Parise (Owner) and Paul from All Around Shutter Service. Tony and Paul came in took a quick look and immediately pointed out some of the errors. They arrived the next day and corrected the minor errors. These young men where on spot, great work ethics, honest hard working and made things right. Accolades to them and Security Rolling Shutters for teaming up with them, a good quality control factor. Tony pointed out some issues with my Lanai screens and I’m thinking of using them to replace them with no-seeums screens.

The work was excellent but the communication was poor. They need to stay in communication with their customers and improve their communication.

They started the job 3 months ago and said the electrician would wrap it up in the next few days. I called and emailed Darryl Hicks several times. At first he would respond and say they will take care of it, then he just stopped responding at all so I guess they will not be finishing it.

Greg was able to come out earlier than we first discussed. He was courteous, efficient and fixed our shutter problems on the spot. I give Greg my unqualified recommendation. Great job! We are grateful.

The best service. Very professional and timely. Came on short notice and service was beyond expectations with reasonable charges. Will use them again should the need arise with future shutter repairs.

Excellent experience. Brian fixed my broken roll down shutters efficiently, putting in a new motor and adjusting the current ones to run properly. He kept in touch for appointments, was polite and knowledgeable. Fast excellent work, great fair prices. We would hire him again in a minute and recommend him to all, honest and dependable.

They were thorough and did an excellent job with a small project - just one window, but they were totally professional and fair!

Brian and Joe were prompt ,reliable and quick to respond to my needs. They were very professional as they evaluated my problem and were determined to get my shutter in working order. They had everything they needed to get the job done. My shutter was an older tape type roll hurricane shutter and many people I called would not service it. These guys are great and were clean and neat during the service visit. I will use them again.
