Charles did not complete the job after accepting all the money. He did not keep appointments he made to complete the work. He then did not return phone calls.

Charles an his team were professional, patient and creative. We had them install a new transfer switch to support an external generator and a bedroom ceiling fan. They helped us plan through the best way to power the house in a blackout and even corrected several electrical errors the original builder had implemented. My wife and I were both impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work. I will have them back to do other work in the future. I would highly recommend them to other families.

They came in and did the job I asked them to do. Now I am just waiting for them to give me a invoice for the job they just completed-check was cashed I need prove that this work was done by them in case of any problems-I like to have a record of everything that is done to my home-I have called them twice and left a message and call back from them and I'm still waiting for an invoice. Overall the work was done the same day,they cleaned up after themselves, very nice guys.

Accomplished the task but had to make trips to get tool. He should have more tools with him when he arrives.

The guys completed more than I expected for less than I predicted.

Reverse previous rating. I would not refer this Home Improvement company due to followup. I have now had to pay an additional service fee to another party because C H Home Improvement did not complete there quote. At the time what they had done was good, but incomplete. They are not licensed eletricians and now it is biting me in the --s?

Charles and Lyle did a good job. They finished the project in a day and cleaned up afterwards.

Very courtious and respectful of my home (log home). On time, efficient and cost conservative. I will hire them again for more home improvement projects. They do just about anything, not just plumbing and electric.

I hired Charles and his crew to build a 320sf deck on my Sullivan county property. He not only provided a competitive bid, he delivered on the construction with high end finishes and an aggressive work ethic that got the job done faster than could be expected. I was so impressed, I hired him to floor a 1200sf garage, install several doors and windows, and trim the house. It is difficult to find this level of workmaship in the area, but Charles and his crew are some of the most detail oriented tradesmen around. Respect.

This guy is a true professional. He went above and beyond in everything he did. A real pleasure to work with. He installed an 8 foot double door trying to use existing hardware and worked on this from 9 in the morning til 10 at night to get this door installed. Cutting through cinder block with rebar. Moving the lental, got the job done! Had to come back the next day to install a new closure the old one failed (Saturday by the way). Offered to be present when the building inspecter came, passed with flying colors. Got me an architect and a very reasonable cost. Even went to Brooklyn to pick the door up 150 miles round trip!

These guy's were great. Showed up on time, did great, professional work. Charles and Lyle installed electrical, plumbing, flooring and did a cabinet modification for a microwave. C H Home Improvement arrived early for this job and got right to work. They were diligent, focused, professional and courteous. They finished the repair in a timely fashion took the time to clean up.

2 minutes after beginning my "handyman in Kingston NY" google search, I clicked on the 1st hit (ServiceMagic), selected the top rated "handyman" of the 3, and was talking to Charles Cox. About 90 minutes later they were done! As a contractor, he was much more than I needed but was willing to grab his partner & help me with delivery and setup of a bulky piece of equipment.

They called me almost immediately after filling out a request for a plumber through Service Magic. They did the work the next day, worked fast and even fixed a few extras at no charge that they encountered along the way. The price was very reasonable and I am very satisfied with the quality of their work. They went above and beyond and I would recommend them to everyone.
