Jim was our representative. He kept us aware of his schedule and his arrival time. He was courteous and professional. We showed the concerns we had to him and he asked if he could look around so he could check all foundation walls. He did, and was wonderful walking us through what was needed to be done and what was not an issue as well as gettiing us on the calendar that best fit our calendar to fix that which was a concern. We would highly recommend this company and Jim to care for your foundation, basement, and crawlspace.

I needed the sill plate and rim joist replaced, sister in the joist in the front of our house. They had many jobs going on so they brought in a crew Anthony, Jerry and Jose from New Jersey so the could get mine done. Anthony let me know what they were doing as things progressed. He asked me if I had questions as he worked. Everyone in the crew where so considerate. The laid down tarps to walk on so as not to damage my floors and they cleaned up everything and the end of the day. I would recommend Chicago Basement Solutions to anyone who needs work done in their crawl of basement.

Basement Drainage Channels Installation
Mariano and Carlos from Chicago Basement Systems installled a new drainage line from our sump pump today. They did a fantastic job! Very professional, speedy and thorough. They did an amazing job of replacing the sod and any extra dirt. Looks great!
