The professional left a mess when they were done with the work, and never offered to clean it up. I had some exterior lights put up, and they never worked right. The professional had to call another electrician, that electrician came fixed the issue and I never had a problem since then. I would have never have hired them, if i had know they were not going to be able to handle this task.

There were some communication problems (apparently due to software glitches) which were annoying but worth dealing with because the work was very good. We had the house pressure washed and painted and porch screens replaced. The work is beautiful a the painters worked in a very clean manner--no spills, no smears, no trash anywhere.

Exterior Surfaces - Powerwashing
Working with CHI was the best experience I've had. I hired them to do pressure-washing and sealing on my decks and walkways, and after doing that very professionally and on time, they also did several other house repairs just as well. They always let me know when they were coming, took care with their work, and even cleaned up afterwards. It was a far cry from other experiences I've had in the past. I'd definitely work with them again!

Doors (Exterior) - Install or Replace
I gave them a high rating at first but now I realize that I paid too much for the work they did. They were seemingly very nice and helpful at first but I paid them before getting everything done. Then, it was very hard getting them back here to fix what needed to be fixed. I had to call every day to beg them to come out. I told the guys who did the actual work that I wanted some more things done. Nothing was ever said or done about these things. Now, I am glad because I would not eat to deal with this company to do the work. I basically feel like they did some work the best they could but did not have the equipment to do any better work. The other work on the sliding doors was basically just not done but I was charged for replacing them. I paid too much for what they did. They were so nice at first that they fooled me. I won't use them again. I hate this because it's hard to find good workers. The workers who were sent were nice and worked hard. They did not have the equipment needed for the job.

At CHI we strive to provide quality work at fair price with customer satisfaction being our top priority. Your feedback is very important, for that we thank you. In our defense please allow us to respectfully explain our side. First and foremost our phone and personal conversations never indicated you felt this way, and had we known your dissatisfaction I can assure you we would have remedied this. We did complete all the work we were contracted to do in the time frame we provided. There was a small repair on a latch to a door that was a miscommunication and not completed. However Mr Coppedge personally came out to repair that a few days after we wrapped everything up. Perhaps there was a misunderstanding somewhere, in our contract you hired us to repair the latches not replace them (which we spoke of on several occasions) & we did. Had this been communicated with us, new door latches could have been provided. Our bid price was well within range, and Mr Coppedge was able to take off an additional $500.00 once the job began and material costs changed. Lastly with regards to equipment it is common practice to rent equipment for specific jobs which this job called for. We do apologize you feel this way if there is ANYTHING that can be done to leave you 100% satisfied please contact us immediately. Thank you for the opportunity to work together and we do hope to hear from you again."
