I spoke to several companies and not only were they the first to call they were kind, knowledgeable and not pushy. Not only was Jake on time but he was early. He was professional, knowledgeable, worked quickly and nice. My little dogs barked a bit but he knelt down to pet them and made them comfortable. The pricing was fair and competitive and the the bathroom was left clean and tidy. No doubt I wouldn’t refer to a friend and use again. Thank you.

Prompt & professional

I was given one estimate over the phone, and when he arrived the price went up a decent amount. He replaced a washer to fix a toilet that was leaking from the tank. The toilet wasn't completely repaired. My neighbor had to come over and adjust something so the bowl had enough water.

I made an assumption on my review because they won't do the service until a few days from today.

What started out as a $65 estimate ended up being a $650 job. Did not let them do the job
