New electrical panels installed and they added a new dedicated outlet for a freezer in the garage. Work started on time, electricians worked non-stop until job was finished. They even added a copper bonding wire on water heater which was not part of the estimate. Really impressed...also best estimate.

Everything was done beautifully. I would recommend using CI!

Terrible experience! Promised to be done in a month & a half, and it took four months.. Found out two weeks into the project from the cabinet guy that he would be lucky to have the cabinet done before Christmas, and now it's to late for me to back out. Very fast in removing everything the first week, but the next week is two hours of work by the plumber only. The plumber claimed he needed to go home to have his dad solder something for him. Next it was me telling him to put a cap on the old shower drain, and test the line coming from the valves to the shower head. Also had to tell him to remove the rusty covers to the water supply valves. I find out he's in apprenticeship. Next it was the tile guy showing up, and unable to work, because the floor had not been fixed yet that was promised a week earlier. In the month and a half it took to do the shower. Eight days he never even showed up when he said he would, and not showing up when he said he would was an on going process. Did good work until he cut the trim for the ceiling short, and put it in anyway, rather than replace it before the grout dried. Went back and forth with them about painting prior to putting the mirror/medicine cabinet on the wall. Painted it myself after hearing one of the guys telling another to not use primer, and just paint with one coat. The heavy medicine cabinet above my sink was put in tethering on the top of the bracket, rather than in it on the door hinged side where all the weight of the door is. It would have fallen eventually with use if I hadn't noticed it, and called them back out. The stopper for the sink wouldn't work, because of the lines under the sink pressing on it, and they came back to fix it. The water supply lines under the sink were replaced, but the rusted cover plates were not, and it was to late for fixing the problem when the cabinet had already been put in. They found a last minute fix of putting another cover plate over the rusted one against the wood cabinet. My advice is to just have Chris do the electrical, because he's good at that, and don't expect him to answer questions in texting, because most of the time he ignores your texting if you have questions.

Disappointing. Everything from the front desk lady who could not figure out who I was to the crew forgetting their tools. The crew came to finish a job and did not bring the proper tools or equipment and we got charged to time for them to drive back to their shop. Never again. The only thing there were fast at was invoicing. Please get other quotes folks.

This is a relatively small job but is taking a long time. I have gone long periods of time (up to a week) with nothing being done. People come late or not at all, and no one calls to say they are not coming. I have a lot more renovations in the future but I will not be using this contractor.

excellent work and very professional

Was initially impressed with the promised scope of work and selected them based on previous customer reviews. They were quick to demo our only bathroom, but not so quick to finish the work. Work was supposed to take about 3 weeks. Now at week 7 it is less than half complete. Trades not showing up when promised, working only 1 to 2 hours per week. What has been done appears to be quality work, but there is a long way to go yet. We purchased all tile and fixtures out of pocket and had them on-site, so waiting for supplies to arrive was not an issue. UPDATE 11/11 Our project is finally complete. The project manager, Isreal, actually came in and finished the rest of the work himself. We were grateful and pleased with the final results.

Chris Immele owner is extremely personable and very knowledgeable about his business he will walk you through what it is he will do and does not stray from his word I would hire him again and so should you as a consumer he does not price jobs and then goes back and charges more unless unforcence items come up at which time he will let you know before hand excellent company and people.

Chris was very professional, Communicator, easy to talk with,and great work. The contractor you need. We will use him again and anyone reading this should reach out also😊
