Absolute 5 star customer satisfaction!!! I called CIMS about an urgent repair. Chris promptly returned my call. He was able to accommodate my work schedule and get me an appointment the same day. Matt showed up at the exact time of appointment. He troubleshot the problem down to the exact component of failure and completed the repair in less than an hour. Their prices are very fair and you can tell they genuinely care about their customer's needs. I would totally recommend CIMS to family and friends.

Chris and Matt installed a water filtration, conditioner, and uv light system for us. They were prompt, knowledgeable and professional. They inadvertently broke a part of the uv filter at the first visit, which they ordered and replaced as soon as possible at their expense. Whenever we had questions about the system, Chris took the time to answer them. We highly recommend them!

I hired Chris and called his to ask simple questions, I'm 80 yrs old and have had water systems in the past. When I spoke with Chris he was very nasty with me and wants to charge me a service request to come out. The tank is leaking and Chris refuses to come out. The tank was just installed one week agon

"Hello Sir. I am sorry you are not happy. As discussed while you were yelling at me. The system will put water in the brine drum. We can stop out and take a look at it. It seems you continue to try and find something wrong with the system. It is set aggressively to handle the iron that you have. Again we are happy to stop out. However if the system is functioning correctly it would be a service call. If it is not and something is wrong it would obviously be covered under warranty. Please give us a call at 440-944-4446.
