The issues they actually repaired cost a fortune, in my opinion. My tankless heater produced hot water BEFORE they attempted to repair it. It no longer produced hot water AFTER they attempted to fix it. The company essentially blamed me for their failure (because it had not been serviced in 2 years) and charged me anyway! To be clear, they were supposed to fix the leak and instead their work resulted in the tank being worthless (no heat). The company ignored me until I filed a complaint with the BBB. Ultimately, the owner refused to refund the portion of the bill that was associated with the tankless heater. That's all I was asking for. At least he was polite in his refusal! I strongly suggest not using this company - especially if the situation is urgent.
