Cesar is a great person to deal with - very approachable and reasonable. I had him install LED tube lighting around the exterior of our Pet Supply building. He was very fast, honest, and reasonably priced. We will use his service again.

Cesar and Don were great! We had an outlet installed in our home for an electric vehicle. They came in quickly, and did the job efficiently. Props to Cesar, who answered my questions even late into the evening and always called to ensure that we received excellent service. Highly recommend Cesar and his team!

I hired this company to fix a problem I had with the fuse in the guest bedroom getting tripped when ever the portable air conditioner was used. I was told by Don that if we added a larger, separate fuse to one bedroom this would no longer occur. The work cost close to $1000. I still have the problem with the fuse being tripped when the air conditioner is used. I was told that it is because the type of fuse used in bedrooms is quite sensitive. I feel like I've spent a ton of money without receiving the result I hired C.I.R for. I think they told me what they thought I wanted to hear but didn't deliver. I ended up asking that they replace the fuse to try to get the result I hired them for. Don scheduled a time with me today, but never showed up. I feel like I made a huge mistake in hiring this company. And, I am insulted that he failed to show up. Don't use this company.

Cesar and crew were on time, on budget, cleaned up but most of all they were very meticulous. Wire routing and installation was clean and straight. I will be calling them for other projects.

If you need electrical work do not hesitate to hire Ceaser and his crew, they are very nice and trustworthy. They installed a new panel for me and cleaned up all wiring at a reasonable price. I didn't know Ceaser so it was reassuring when my neighbor,who is also an electrician, recognized him and told me he was a good guy and very knowledgeable

Thorough job! Would recommend them to anybody else needing work done.

Project involved install of new wiring under house for bath fan,also the complete replacement of electrical panel. Many complications, but he stayed with his original bid! Later had him back for an "open neutral problem that I couldn't chase down. He found it, and upgraded my outlets to bring me up to code. He also is involved training helpers to get their 2000 hours of required experience. He's meticulous and talks his way through what he's doing.

Owner contacted quickly and set schedule. He showed up on time, had to get a few extra parts, but was done very quickly with installing a line in the garage for 220 car charging. He came in at estimate with his work. Much appreciated.

Took several attempts to schedule the work, but finally able to have job done. They worked hard to complete work in one day, but needed to return to install final outside outlet.

Cesar took the time to estimate my project and provide a reasonable estimate. He was flexible with his schedule, worked tirelessly, and came in at budget. I would hire him for any commercial project I have in the future.

Caesar was exceptional. He called us back quickly however we had reached someone else and they committed to coming out. Caesar checked in all day even though already on a job to see if we had been assisted. We had not. The other company kept telling us they were coming but they did not. Caesar came the next day (Sunday). Unfortunately the issue was the outlet or breaker box but a short in our electric range. Even though I knew about the pricing in advance and it was a Sunday, overall I found it pricey for about 10 minutes of service. I would highly recommend him and would have him back out when needed (hopefully not a week-end emergency)!
