Horrible experience. The quote they gave me was grossly under what it actually took. They showed up 6 hours late with a truck already 1/3 full. They didn't move half of the things we requested, left boxes of trash at the house we were moving out of, left equipment outside the new house when they dropped everything off a day later (not planned), and when I tried to talk to someone they denied a refund of the services we paid for that they didn't provide.

It was wrapped and packed neatly. My move was complex but they completed it with ease and efficiency. I would recommend them!

We used this service the week after New Years. As seniors we were especially delighted with how polite, professional and courteous the movers were. They worked carefully and efficiency while not wasting any time getting our things out of our upstairs apartment. The office personnel kept in touch with us every step of the way. And the gentleman who evaluated and estimated readily answered all our questions. The estimate was right on the money. Moved from Sacramento to Houston! Spoke with Mike for over ten days. Finally selected them. Was the worst choice I ever did! I hate when someone is not truthful or sale me a line. My cost was around 2800 didn't have much. I felt had mike been more truthful it would have been a smooth thing. I had not been in this storage in years, so there was no way I knew the exact amount of bags, books, chairs etc. Well that cost me not knowing that. When the pickup guy gets there my amount doubled to over 5k and was charged 300 because my storage was indoor (when I had mentioned this). Half my stuff was left behind so I still need to fly to California and drive the rest of my stuff here. Was told delivery would be the 10th it came on 22nd. At this point didn't even care anymore. I had sooooo many items broken ?. Emailed them and of course no response. Triple check everything!!! This was a horrible experience. Only a few pictures

As you noted, you had not been to your storage unit in years and were unaware of the additional bags and loose items, books, chairs, which our crew packed at NO EXTRA COST. While the walking distance was disclosed as ?within 75 feet from the truck to the storage,? the actual distance was over 375 feet. A goodwill credit was issued to account for this, yet a negative review was still posted. Delivery was completed within the signed contract delivery window, as agreed prior to your reservation. The damaged item reported was in a self-packed box (PBO), and our team has already reached out to begin the claims process. We understand moving can be stressful and appreciate your feedback, which helps us continue improving our processes and service. Best regards White Gloves Moving Team"
