Craig did a very professional job on my fence. I will be using him again.

We suffered some fence damage and wanted our double gates widened. Craig and Dale showed up the day after I contacted him to do the work. Despite being cold and windy, they powered through and got about 90% complete. Craig came back the following to take care of some finishing touches. We are completely satisfied with the work done and know who we’ll be calling for future repairs.

Initially Craig was very responsive and eager to do the work. The fence repair involved replacing 3 gates and 7 boards, leveling two loose posts, attaching loose boards, and replacing a privacy lattice on the deck. I was very impressed how he and his partner came out to do the work on a partially rainy day. However, a walk through of the completed work was not conducted and I later discovered some issues with the gates that were built and a damaged board that was not replaced. I was expecting the gates to look like the previous gates and similar to other gates in the neighborhood that were of the same style. The previous gates had a diagonal board and the gates that were built by Craig did not. I followed up with Craig about my concerns. It was at this time that he became less responsive and less eager to do the work without an additional charge. I agreed to pay the additional charge to resolve the issues so I could move on to getting the fence powerwashed and possibly stained. Craig canceled without proper notification on the first scheduled time that we agreed for him to come back out. We were able to reschedule and Craig and his partner came out as expected and performed the work in about an hour or less. Overall I am happy with how my fence looks now, but I am still not satisfied with the gates. In comparison to other gates, the length of the diagonal board should have been longer and extended from corner to corner.

Craig and his partner were FANTASTIC!!! Not only did they complete the work in a timely fashion, the price was the most competitive around. The quality of the workmanship was far superior than Ive experienced in the past. He created and installed a double gate to my back fence. He and his partner then went above and beyond my request, and fixed broken/missing fence boards... he didn’t have to do that.. and he didnt charge for it.. a true professional!!! I highly recommend Craig, and will save his contact information for future use.

The contractor was on time each day and even though the job was more extensive than anticipated, he honored his original quote. Very honest and fair.

Craig did repairs and coated our rear deck. The stairs were in terrible shape. He does top quality work and pays extraordinary attention to detail. For example: Craig removed the steps and kickboards to coat them, then reinstalled them...presenting a very clean all-around look. Craig is also incredibly personable and respectful. Our family has a lot of projects for the house and we want Craig do to it! Craig, you rock!

Craig did an excellent job power washing and applying stain to our fence and deck railings, shoring up the fence footings, and replacing the fence door latches. Completion of the project was delayed several times because of inclement weather. Customer service was excellent throughout. Craig was very good at keeping me informed about when he could dome back to complete the project. The price was very reasonable considering the amount of work that was involved. I told Craig that I would definitely call on him again for my next project, and I would surely recommend him to others.

Craig did an excellent job of re-staining our front door and painting our black wrought iron fence. He was reasonably priced and very nice to work with. I will definitely recommend him. Good customer service and very pleasant experience.

Responded very promptly. Was out to size up the situation within a day and then promptly emailed a very detailed estimate. They took care of having all the materials delivered, as well as hauling away all of the old stuff and leaving the yard in good shape. I nicknamed these guys, "Warriors". They did some seriously heavy labor in the near 100 degree heat everyday for at least 8 hours a day. Not for the faint of heart. I offered them the opportunity to wait for cooler conditions, but they were determined to dig in (literally) and get the job done. Polite, great communication, amazing work ethic and very knowledgeable within this scope of work. I'd highly recommend.

Mr. Thompson was on time and worked right through the completion of the project. Afterwards , he cleaned up and made sure the yard was orderly and presentable. He also wNted to make sure the homeowner was satisfied with the work before presenting a bill for his work.

Great job. Initially my neighbor and I started repairing and replacing sections of the fence. Once we realized, we didn't have the time to complete the project, I hired Craig. I now have an upright and extended fence. Plus, there was electrical work that needed to be done. Craig's brother (electrician) was able to fix my electrical panel. I am very satisfied with both projects.
