Chad Jeffries was unusually professional in all respects: a high quality proposal, well-mannered, superior work and work habits, first class cleanup, very fair price, great attention to detail, on time every time. Simply THE BEST! I recommend him without any reservations of any kind. WoW! I have not been so impressed in decades.
