I put my trust in Corey as a single mother not having a clue except just wanting my yard more functional. I live on a hill, and he was supposed to clear land and flatten a portion of the upper level of my backyard to allow for more living space. To say he took advantage of me is an understatement. His work is sloppy. He was supposed to come back to fix it, and take away a hill that he originally made to keep the numbers low for me, and replace it with a retaining wall bc it is such an eyesore and takes up more space than I envisioned when he suggested it. He took his initial payment and never came back. Wont answer calls or texts. Im finding the previous wooden retaining wall, that was supposed to be carted away, buried within the dirt along with metal sticking out from a patio that he took up. He used the highest point of my yard as his dumping grounds for trees and other debris that again was supposed to be carted away. If you want someone legit and professional I highly suggest you seek elsewhere.

This project with Corey was a disaster. He insisted on doing the job on a day that I wasn't going to be home because I was working. The project couldn't be completed as planned because of a large tree root in one corner of the yard, he should have known this from the estimate and a different plan should have been discussed. The job included creating a berm at the back of the property which required the removal of some small bushes. He left them and just pushed the dirt up against them. He basically flipped the dirt over a few times and rolled it a few feet back. Now as I clean it all up by hand, I find that he left railroad ties buried in the dirt pile he created which I now have to remove and find a place to dump. My wife said he was on his phone riding the machine back and forth for the few hours that they actually worked while charging me $2500. He text me when he realized about the root and said can't be done. If I had known that ahead of time I would've figured something else out. He didn't grade property correctly and now we have runoff issues from the rain. Then he wanted his money in cash and forced by wife to go to the bank on the spot or else he was going to charge us more. Corey is a young clown who likes to play with his machines and looking to make a quick buck off people. When I called and text him to voice my displeasure, NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER. No professionalism, no courtesy, no truth. I could have done the job that he did by myself. BEWARE of this guy and his manipulations!!

CJL was great. He gave me a great price. No hidden cost. The work was done quickly and neatly. I will definitely be bring them back for more work.

I could not have wished for a better experience. My yard was a mess. I needed leveling/grading and top soil added. I also needed bamboo removed. Cory was quick to respond and arrived as scheduled for an estimate with a great price. He and his crew were prompt, professional and worked extremely hard. The yard came out better than I imagined! I highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again for future projects. Amazing work, no stress!!! Excellent!!

My yard was a mess after major home construction. It needed to be graded and leveled, and I needed top soil for grass and planting shrubs. Corey responded to my request for an estimate quickly, and was able to do exactly what I needed with a quick turn around at a fair price. I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and honesty. I was blown away when I saw the completed job! He delivered exactly what he said he would and my yard looks amazing.
