We trust them, and they broke our trust they accused us of lying when we called them to let them know that it was flooded and yelled at us. the ones who had the damaged stuff after they did the job, and they are now yelling at us. and they would not come back to clean the flood and now we will have to pay someone to clean the water and our damaged stuff.

I've been using Chuck and his team for the past 5 years. Over that time they've installed a pump, replaced a water pressure tank, and provide yearly service on water treatment tank (Calcite). Always courteous, very professional, and quick service.

Chuck and his son were a pleasure to deal with. Responsive, honest and accommodating. Chuck not only picked up the phone himself, but gave me an estimate that was accurate when the job was complete. Chuck did not try and over sell me a system that was not necessary based on water test results. His prices were considerably lower than anyone else, if they actually called me back. I would definitely recommend C and J Plumbing and plan to use them in the future.

The company replied quick. I Spoke with Chuck and explained that our well water had a smell and wanted him to come out and troubleshoot the issue. As we were talking I told him we had our water heater replaced and he realized what the problem was right away. He said that the anode rods in the heater need to be replaced and that he could come next day. So we Setup a time and I scheduled time off. The guy was late to the appointment and then couldn?t figure how to Replace the anode rods in the heater. I don't know if he was being lazy or just didn't want to complete the job. He said we had to call the manufacturer to find out how to replace the anode rods. After a simple google search I was able to find results on how to do. What a waste of time.
