Asphalt Shingle Roofing Repair
I really hate to post something like this, but I had a terrible experience with James Patterson and his company, C & J Storm Repair Team LLC. On July 1st, I paid a $5,000 down payment for a concrete and paint job. On September 9th, he sent three workers who, from what I could tell, had no real experience with concrete. They used what looked like mud and sand instead of proper materials. After they finished about 25% of the job, it looked so bad that I had to stop them to keep it from getting worse. I called James right away, and when he finally came out four days later, he agreed the job was unacceptable and promised to make it right. Unfortunately, that never happened. After weeks of messages, excuses, and delays, I asked for a refund but still haven?t received one. I try to support small businesses, but this experience was extremely disappointing. In my opinion, don?t pay C & J Storm Repair Team LLC in advance ? learn from my mistake.
