Despite having some serious family health issues right before my job was to start they did everything possible to get my laminate wood floors installed. The work was excellent and their customer service is top notch.

He called right away within minutes & talked with me for 15 minutes. He was right in my price range.

This contractor did a very substandard job. Didn't seem to know what he is doing. Terrible.

Jim and Chris were great to work with. They were able to make a set of used cabinets look great in my kitchen! Along with cabinet installation - Jim also constructed a new wall in my kitchen. I would recommend them!

Jim was very professional and pleasant to work with and did an excellent job. He even returned the next week to fix one spot that I just wasn't happy with. I would recommend Jim to neighbors and friends.

Jim did a great job of installing my two bedroom doors. I had him come back and stain and install my bathroom door and a closet door. He did such a great job that I also had him put up molding and replace the trim around my bathroom door.

Jim was responsive and able to tackle my flooring right away. It took a little longer than he expected b/c the flooring I purchased was pretty unique, but he completed the job in a timely manner. I'm very pleased with my new floor and baseboards. Thank you Jim!

Fast service! It's hard to find someone who knows abut tar and gravel roofs, so I was grateful to find Jim. He was knowledgeable, got the job done quickly, and was very courteous.

Jim did a terrific job on the floor. The project was complicated with lots of crazy angles and levels. Jim's expertise really shined for this project. He was very detailed oriented and a pleasure to have in my house. I forgot about a drain that a hole needed to be cut for. Jim drove over an hour back to my house to help me out and didn't even charge me for it. What a great professional! Please consider using him.

Called immediately, was always in contact with us. Was late for his first appointment, but came back on a weekend to finish. Would use again.

CJ Wilcox replaced a door threshold and door frame for us. He had difficulties right from the start and had to be told to make thing right. He left some things undone, but after 3 days of having the door off the hinge and the cold weather coming in, we decided enough was enough and paid him to end the project. I purchased a second threshold and asked him to re-install, which he did, however, he said that Home Depot didn't handle any larger thresholds. I went to Home Depot and he was correct, however, I went to Lowes and purchased the larger threshold and asked him to install. This was an additional cost of $25 to me.

Cj was experienced and conscientious. Came when he said he would. My repair was in a tough location and he did a great job repairing the area. He conducted himself in a professional manner while he was here. His price was reasonable for the task he performed. I highly recommend him.

There should be an option to give no stars. * He backed his truck up onto our lawn for no good reason and without asking. * The inside of our door frame was mangled by the time he was done and I had to spend the next weekend sanding and applying wood putty to get it back into shape. * Our door still doesn't open smoothly or lock without jiggling it. * The door handle flops around like it's not installed right. * He used a chisel to cut a fiberglass door which cracked the area around the strike plate. And he said that is just how it's done!I I have a dremel tool that says differently. * In the end I paid $1,000 for a horrible job.

Now both our front and back doors are up to standard. They were mounted tight enough that NO wind comes through any cracks. Mr. Wilcox also rebuilt the frame and hauled off the unwanted door. He was thorough and professional.

Jim of CJ Wilcox was great. He returned our phone calls and arrived as expected, completed the job within a reasonable time and within the quoted price. I would definitely recommend Jim to anyone looking to repair a roof. We were very satisfied with his work.

Jim actually advised us on what to do that would fix the problem for far less than what we expected. He seemed experienced and knowledgable and willing to advise on what was best for the situation rather than what we thought we might need, even if that meant he would get less money.

We competitively bid out our project which was three rooms on the main floor of our home. CJ Wilcox was the most competitive qualified bidder whom we selected. He was punctual, and quick to answer any calls or questions that we had. We have been living with the installation for about a month and are extremely happy with his work. For any future projects, we will be calling CJ Wilcox do to the work.
