    CJ's did a great job repairing our carpet. They discussed options of dying the stained area vs. patching in spare carpeting we had saved. In this case, given the relatively large area of the stain, and the multicolor carpet pattern, the patching alternative was better (and cheaper).The work was done promptly, neatly, and well.

    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
