"Customer gave the rating allthough email was sent asking when I would be back there. If customer was so unhappy,then why make contact for further services be performed. I cant control emergency or weather allthough informed customer ASAP. I dont like to mow in pouring rain as it can damage property. I didn't charge for the extra growth as time elapsed before I was contacted to perform the work. Rated not good for value for money allthough I sprayed the flower/shrub beds at no charge and even honnored same price the neighbor/non professional with no insurance charged. Allthough we like for everyone to be happy,soimetimes not everyone can be."

Understanding that the yard was extremely high, the grass clippings were left on top of the freshly mowed grass and there were a couple of places that the mower missed. Overall, it was a fair job. Not the kind of work that I would expect for a first time with a new customer though.

"The grass was extremely high so grass clippings was left a little bit even though we had went over the property 6 times. We would of been more than willing to get up the clippings if we would have known the clippings needed to be up."
