Extremely unprofessional - If I could give a -10 stars I would. Makes appointments and does not keep them. Doesn't respond to text, phone calls, or emails. Complete timewaster and a total tool.

"Hi Lee I know you wrote this when you were angry because I missed an appointment due to an emergency at my rental property. I explained my situation with that and ended up doing a great job and extra work not included helping out your wife. I thought we had agreed once project was done you would put a follow review stating that in fact I did have a very valid reason for missing that appointment and did everything asked of me in order to remedy the issue. I believe we left it job well done and got your "water damaged" wall rebuilt and even changed out the plumbing and washer connections so that you wouldn't have that problem again moving forwa"
