CKB Services did an absolutely beautiful job painting two interior rooms. These rooms were a mess before CKB got here, with stained ceilings and tattered wallpaper. After CKB was done, the rooms are now so beautiful! While they were working on these rooms, they also fixed an old window so it opens and closes, and removed an old window air conditioner. What a relief this is to me! I know CKB as Freddy and crew and I've hired them for many different jobs: gutter cleaning, roof cleaning, power washing and house cleaning. They were a big blessing to me when I got my mom's house ready to sell!

I've had Fredy and staff clean roof 5 times over the years and twice he has had to remove mold from the gutters (phony type of gutters) and down spouts. He is an unbelievably hard worker and takes no shortcuts. When he's done, the property is cleaned up and looks great. He verifies his work with excellent pictures that instill the best kind of confidence that you could want from a contractor.

Fredy and his crew replaced the roof on our house and garage, and they installed a new wrap around gutter outside our kitchen window,. The quality of the work and the end product met all of our expectations and beyond. We would definitely recommend this company for their professional attitude towards their work and their customer service.

Freddy came on time for the appointment for the bid. He was very professional with the estimate and execution of the job. He suggested some other items that needed attention and asked me if I wanted him to fix them. He accomplished the task efficiently. His price was fair. Freddy is a very likeable person.

Freddy provided us with superb service. We had him clean our roof and gutters, replace missing and damaged shingles, install new vents and boots, and install permanent anchor points for workers to tie off to. All work was done in a very professional manner, and to perfection. Another special feature he provided was to show us via our cell phone, the work as it was being done in real time. Very pleasant and professional to deal with, genuinely caring about the quality of work they provide. I will certainly be referring others and will be using their service again. His promptness (showing up a little late) needs a little work but that is properly due to wanting the previous job done well. He did a through job removing the moss on my roof and included moss killer to complete the job.

I needed a repair job done within 2 days. I needed somebody reliable, professional and fair in Price. I called Fredy and he was at my house within an hour with an estimate. He got up on the roof, took video and showed me the problem areas. He gave me a fair price and was back at my house a day later to start and finish the repairs.Very professional to deal with. He actually found some additional repairs and being a man of his word, he fixed those for me and charged me our initial negotiated price. 5 Stars for an amazing Company. Thank You.

CKB cme out to remove debris from our roof, clean out the gutters and flush out the downspouts. The did an immaculate job. They went over and beyond our expectations for cleaning up.
