Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roofing - Repair

I hired them to repair a leaking roof only to find that their repair is leaking more than it was originally. The new leak ruined the carpet and damaged dry wall that I now have to replace. They have been difficult to get a hold of from the beginning. They do not arrive when they say they will, and they did not complete the job as stated.
