I hired him, we agree a price, latter he said that he needed more and I agree. In the end did not finish the work and stood me 2 weeks for finishing the job; however, I had to hire someone else to finish. I understand that this is a busy but that is no excuse.

Mr. Kelly is very helpful and caring. He is very knowledgeable in his field. We have known Mr. Kelly and done business with him for a year now. He is very dependable and assisted above and beyond expectations. Highly recommended.

Great work and clean up. Did an excellent job installing my new tankless water heater.

The owner of this company tried to charge me $1,200 for repairing the plumbing under a kitchen sink, putting a water stopper on my toilet, unclogging a toilet, and replacing and cleaning the dryer tubing vent. I refused to pay that amount and told him that that he was taking advantage of me, being a single woman. The owner, also, did not do the work and sent an unlicensed plumber to do it and told me that he would give me a *discount* of $600.00. Neither the plumber nor his helper had a plumbing vehicle stocked with parts and the helper had to drive to Home Depot to get all the parts. In addition, I requested a receipt that listed all parts, copies of receipts with the date of repair (August 5, 2020), and he still has not sent me anything to justify his unfair and overpriced quotes. I am contacting the BBB of Orange County (Orlando, FL) and for the state of Florida to report his unethical business practices because all plumbing work is supposed to be supervised by a licensed plumber of Florida if another unlicensed person is doing the plumbing work. This is a VERY unprofessional and shady business and I would RUN from having them do anything on your dwelling.

Tank-less water heater install. Small, independent business, which I like! They had problem getting circuit breakers from local suppliers Home Depot, Lowes, etc. Manufacturer was shut down, not Kelly's fault. Circuit breakers were ordered from Grainger overnight and the job was completed the next day. Was without hot water for one day, not a big issue. Hindsight says have all parts and supplies on hand before beginning the job. Also took a little prodding to get a receipt. I received a receipt after a couple of days in email. The water heater works great and looks great hanging on the wall in my garage. I would recommend Mr. Kelley and his team for your plumbing project.

Prompt. Professional. Reasonable price. Could not ask for more. It was a difficult elevated water heater replacement. Great work.

Mr Kelly takes pride in his work. Hired him to inspect my main sewer line from the house to the street. He busted his butt to get the job done all while being friendly and honest. Fair and honest pricing.
