Jim Ohle always made himself available to discuss design, plans or any issues that would arise well beyond regular business hours. Jim Ohle listened to my needs and provided constructive feedback on design ideas based on his vast wealth of knowledge and decades of experience. Jim Ohle and Jola scheduled touch base meetings to ensure timelines were met. I also love the fact that Jim Ohle is a self certified architect which saves a ton of time in the permit process. Jim Ohle also has a huge network of other trade experts which he facilitates if needed. Civic Architectural Group Inc is a well oiled machine. Their process from start to finish was seamless. Very nice and accommodating

A very challenging project involving a 100 year old home. Re-design of the interior 3 -level stairwell to achieve 3 goals; 1) bring up to current life safety code 2) increase natural light 3) facilitate moving large items. all 3 goals were achieved while having to deal within a confined area and preexisting concrete and structural members. Entire team was extremely responsive and helpful. Jim's knowledge of all divisions was top-notch. I would certainly consider Jim and his team for the next project.

I worked with Jim and he was there every step of the way from beginning to end. He offered up most of information outside of what the initial job required to make sure my project was a success although through. He is very knowledgeable about the codes in the Orland park area which played a huge part when dealing with the village. And the price was reasonable compared to the other quotes received from others regarding this project. I would definitely hire again.
