Chris called within an hour of placing my request to replace my water heater. He was courteous and polite an indicated he would be able to provide service should I choose CLB. After talking he showed up at the appointed time and took care of everything perfectly. I particularly noticed that even though his phone beeped on occasion, he remained focused on the job at hand so I never felt like he wasn't totally dedicated to the work he was doing for me. Excellent job and I will definitely use in the future.

CLB was great! Home Advisor was not. CLB never received notification of my appointment. I had to call them myself, 3 hours after they were supposed to have arrived. They had not received any Home Advisor referalls for that day. Home Advisor knew they hadn't arrived, and yet didn't offer or attempt to contact CLB. I am hesitant to use Home Advisor in the future.

Extremely overpriced...at least 50% higher than others and even increased the rate on location... When the problem persisted a couple of hours after Chris had "fixed" it he would not return any calls or texts... I would not use again.
