C&L were at my house 2 hrs, charged $150, used my vacuum, which would not work after they finished, whatever they used to clean our 3 TVs ruined the screens, they never moved one piece of furniture to clean under, used a dirty mop to wipe baseboards. Waited till I moved to inform you about these people because I was afraid they would not take my criticism very well. Only had someone clean because I had recently had back surgery and put my house up for sale and needed to show it. Extremely disappointed with Home Advisors because I had used you before for help with wonderful results.

"I don?t agree with this rating.the customer was told before arriving what the rate would be and agreed.we did a walk thru before leaving and customer said everything looks good.Im sure if we ruined the tv screens something would have been said before we departed or received a call ask to pay for damages.The comments don?t confirm on a .5 rating."

Extremely disappointed. They were slow, I hired them to clean and to help pack some items for a future move out of state. They packed antique glassware with hardly any wrapping, just put in a box like it was plastic. I have had to repack everything. When they cleaned, they barely did anything. The coffee table was not dusted, they did dust one table, but didn't move the items on top, just dusted around them. The only thing good about them is that they were polite. They also charged twice what was listed and asked if I wanted them to come back to call them directly so they wouldn't have to pay HomeAdvisor for the visit. They were very slow and awkward. My 5yo grandchild could have done better. I read good reviews, they must have been put in by friends or family or for a discount. Total waste of our time and money and I have found some of our antique family breakables with fresh chips and even the piece of chip in the box. I wouldn't let them take my garbage out! Beware!
