Larry is a very diversified and knowledgeable guy. This particular job was kind of unusual for the most part in that I had him install a vineyard. He carried through with my exacting requirements which included digging deep holes with an auger (heavy duty work) to bury posts 2 feet in cement, wiring of the lines for the grape vines etc. I don't believe there has been anything yet presented to CLD Services that they have not been able to take care of. I highly recommend you try these folks out.

Hired him to build a room for us. Started out very promising but let us down badly. Had to hire a real professional to disguise roof pitch poorly done and remove windows and correct doors put in incorrectly. We may end up with a leak on one side where rafters were done without notches on one side and the other side was done with notches making one side 4" higher than the other side. If that occurs, we will have to redo the roof completely. His helper smoked around the room (dangerous) and threw cigarettes everywhere and seemed to be the one in charge. They cut cable wires without even asking. Left inside walls a mess after installing French Doors (also improperly installed). Kept flip flopping on quotes and saying he did not put certain things in the original quote. Had us order materials way above what was needed and was very wasteful. We tried to give him benefit of doubt but when we started noticing things and questioning him, he ultimately hung up on us. When we let him go, he came back at us with very negative language and insults about our rescue dogs that we told him about in the beginning. A real professional finished in two days, what it was taking him weeks to do. Photos of the numerous mess ups and wasted materials are available. I won't even go into how much it cost us to correct CLD's mess.

Work done on time and done right

I was disappointment, when I went into the Master Bedroom closet, and found a hole in the wall. They never mentioned going that route, or the fact that we need to re patch the drywall.

CLD Services did a complete bathroom renovation for me and did a very good. They installed new tile, a vanity, cabinet, and toilet. He installed counter tops in my kitchen. He was well rounded. He was very responsible in regards to showing up or letting me know if there was a conflict.

Larry did a complete kitchen remodel. From the floor to the ceiling and it turned out beautiful. He is very pleasant and personable and easy to work with as well as dependable, reliable, trustworthy and always on time. Extremely excellent pricing - he saved me a lot of money. Communication throughout my projects was outstanding. Larry also did a lot of work at my other home. Always does an outstanding job. Clean up was done daily and I did not have to deal with construction mess. I will use again and highly recommend.

He was very prompt and took care what ever I needed done. He stuck to the price quoted.
