"I have tried to speak with you directly, I have paid for a legal advisor to help resolve this matter so we can move forward, I have also offered mediation thru Home Advisor, but to no avail. You have complained yes, and you have spoken with several outlets to try to come to some understanding of what needs to be done to resolve this matter. However, you refuse to pay for the change order or sign the change order that outlines the additional work and materials needed to correct your floor sagging issue. You have complained and well as disliked everything and everyone who has come to your home. I know sometimes we all have differences of opinions, but we all must respect one another and do what we are obligated to do. I would like nothing more to complete this task so we can leave you satisfied if within my power, but also be paid because I have paid for all labor and materials used in your home. You have only paid an initial deposit, but you have not paid any progress payments, you have not paid for any change orders, you have received everything in our written agreement with the exception of the shower door which has not been provided. You also refuse to sign any agreement or write down anything that will clearly define what you expect moving forward. I cannot just repair your home because you feel you want me to. I must do what we agree to and that is all I am trying to do. I would like to add that this review is especially important to me because I value your experience as well as your property and I want you to feel relieved and satisfied with your bathroom. I understand that the joy and excitement of this project may be diminished, but this can still be resolved. Please work with me to resolve this matter so we can move on.
