My wife and I discovered that our pool return line had a leak. We called a plumber that we had used a few times before. He pointed out that he would have to go through concrete to find it and the project would cost between $18,000-21,000. About a year and a half later, we decided to get a second quote. Adam came out and looked at it, said about the same as far as what would need to be done. Then he gave a quote of $2,000 to start. If he had to go further up the line the cost would of course go up. He estimated a max of 10,000. We gave him the go ahead. He used experience and common sense to choose where he would start. He removed the concrete and dug and just like that he found and repaired the leak. Adam saved us thousands of dollars. But this review isn?t just about how much he saved us, but about how honest and concerned he is with doing what?s best for his clients. Also of note, he finishes the job. Even after he got paid, he came back to finish the last few details and cleanup.
