I contacted CleverBlu a day ago to have my pump motor replaced and Nomar was able to make it here the next morning. He was very informative and kind and we will be using them again in the future for all our pool needs.

What really stood out was the time he took to educate us—he made sure we fully understood how everything worked and answered all of our questions with patience and clarity. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about making sure the customer feels confident and informed. Nomar also went the extra mile with the installation itself. The plumbing and electrical work were done with great attention to detail, and everything was neatly and cleanly configured. You can tell he takes pride in his work. We highly recommend Nomar and Cleverblu LLC to anyone looking for quality service and a great overall experience!

Great communication and in-depth knowledge of pool systems. Previously we used Pinch A Penny and would not recommend them. Having someone clearly explain our system, have transparent pricing and integrity makes a world of difference.

I’ve been dealing with Cleverblu Pool Services for several years, and while there were times they did a decent job cleaning the pool, the overall experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing because of their communication, reliability, and customer service. The biggest issue is the constant lack of follow-through. Over and over again, Nomar would tell me he was going to look into something, send information, call me back, or handle an issue, and then I would hear absolutely nothing for days. Every single time I followed up, the response was always the same: “We sent an invoice.” I repeatedly explained that this is not acceptable communication and asked them multiple times to at least notify me when they send something or update me on the situation, but nothing ever changed. The final straw involved a brand-new pool pump they installed only about five months ago. The pump stopped working completely, so I contacted Nomar and was told he would check the warranty. Once again, days went by with no communication at all. When I reached back out, instead of addressing the warranty or showing concern that my pool was sitting there turning green, I was told they had sent me a $300 invoice just to come look at it and charge labor — despite the fact that THEY had recently installed the pump and it was still under warranty. What made this even worse was the attitude. Instead of trying to help resolve the problem professionally, Nomar became defensive and rude when I questioned why I was being charged hundreds of dollars for a warranty-covered issue. The manufacturer ultimately confirmed the warranty covered both the replacement and the associated labor, yet Cleverblu was still attempting to bill me anyway. Rather than helping advocate for their customer or stand behind a recently installed product, they immediately shifted toward charging additional money. I ended up contacting the manufacturer myself and had the entire warranty process handled properly at no cost — something Cleverblu should have assisted with from the beginning. Unfortunately, this kind of behavior has been a pattern. There were multiple times where the pool technician simply did not show up to clean the pool, and when questioned about it, the excuse would be something like “we knocked and couldn’t get in.” I later discovered other customers mentioning the exact same experience in their reviews. Another strange thing I noticed is that many of their responses and messages via text messaging appear to be AI-generated. The wording, grammar, formatting, and emojis are extremely obvious and repetitive. It often felt like I wasn’t actually communicating with a real person who cared about resolving the issue. Looking back, it explains a lot about the lack of accountability, follow-up, and basic customer service. To top it all off, after I pushed back on being charged for the pump issue and called out the poor handling of the situation, Nomar immediately sent me a termination letter ending my service instead of handling the matter professionally. Rather than standing behind their work or trying to make things right, they chose to cut ties and avoid responsibility. I cannot recommend Cleverblu Pool Services. If you value communication, reliability, professionalism, or accountability, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

We needed a pump motor repair I called CleverBlu yesterday. They came this morning and had our pump running again quickly. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

Cleverblu has been great. They have kept the pool looking great. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pool service.

Pool was kept clean. Paid them to come out every week but they would fail to show up every week. on average they would come out 2 to 3 times a month.

They are really pro in time and in labor they are good and fast

Excellent customer service! Our call was returned very prompted. Our pool motor died & we were in desperate need of help. It was 4:30pm and Nomar said he was on his way! He talked and walked my wife & me through every step he performed. He was knowleable & VERY helpful! For ANY further needs we have with our pool we will ABSOLUTELY be calling Nomar at Cleverblu.

Always on time and will give you a call or text when they are on the way. Online invoicing and quotes, excellent service, everything was explained and we were given options as to how we wanted to have things repaired. Pool is on it's way back to looking clean and blue...

Prompt response to inquiry and provided service same day (in the rain). Very informative when providing work as he walked us through everything he was doing and why. Cost of service was more than acceptable. Very satisfied with the work and service!

Cleverblu rep Nomar was very helpful and kept me up to date throughout the service I needed restoring the pool back to swimming condition.

An excellent service , replied within minutes , came to see me the next day and my algae problem in my pool was completely sorted within 12 hours of the chemicals being added. Advised of certain problems the pool and lighting had and fixed promptly. I am out of the country a lot as just have a holiday home here but any problems with my pool my first call will be Nomar . A completely professional service and recommended 100% .

Prompt and Efficient

Not satisfied. Never on time , comes whenever, Clean and acid washed my pool ,Then he said he would be back in a week to finish back washing and cleaning the filter,In a week algae would growing. Also wanted him to install a salt system and weekly maintenance, he could show up on time for that either, so I cancelled. I could of done a better job. Very armature job.Would not recommend.
