I would definitely recommend this business to others. I will be letting a local realtor know how pleased I was with the care and quality of the work done. Chet inspected the house like he was going to be living in it himself. He was very thorough and explained everything as he went along. Last year, I had paid more for an inspection of this home prior to purchasing it. We felt we needed to find someone who would go through the house with a fine toothed comb, so to speak, so we would know what needed our attention the most.
