On The Spot Heating and Air

He showed up to put the new furnace and central Air in. Told me I would get 2 free service calls the first year. I had to call him to come after a year and keep calling for my first service call. (Never received 2 ) I have called him again this year mind you I bought in April 2021 and he is still has not shown up. He is just out there to sell, not to service them. Talks horrible to and about his workers. Then complains he does not have any. My central Air is not even setting level and did not hook up some of my vents. I do not recommend!

Clay and crew were professional,easy to work with and answered all our questions. They were prompted with appointments and if they were running behind would call and let you know. Effecient and cleaned up their mess after they were finished. Definitely would recommend this company.

We had worked with another HVAC contractor for several years. While there service was good, their prices continued to climb and their responsivness declines. I was referred Clay by a friend of mine, whom had used him previously. Not only was he incredibly responsive, he gave me several options, told us his opinion on each and then let us decide what we wanted to do. There was zero pressure. We hired Clay and he and his crew not only did a great job, they cleaned up after themselves each and everyday, which my wife really appreciated!

Very knowledgeable crew that worked fast and well together. They went above my expectations for a whole new system. Definitely recommend these guys.

Clay did my central heat and air in two houses work was done quickly with a great price but the service and care of this company is what stuck with me not only do I have perfect heat and air but they took the time and CARE. To make it the most energy efficient for me best I could have for more than a reasonable price they don t just provide a service they actually care to give you courtesy of not only doing great work for the service they provide but also make it energy efficient most people show up and do there jobs Clay actually cares about his customers ;don t find that often ! Gives you several wonderful warranty options I am more than satisfied 10 out 5 stars ! They even fixed my sump pump without asking free of charge good people great place go with Clay you will be so glad you did !!!

He completed two homes for me and was 40 percent less than other companies! Plus provided top quality galore! This man truly deserves 10 stars across the board! I even decided to tip him a large sum due to his hard work and quality workmanship!

Clay is honest and and reasonable. He does not try to sell you new equipment when you don t need it . He drove 90 miles when I hired him to work on my daughters furnace. When he got here we had ordered an expensive part that the furnace company told us we had to have to vent the furnace but, when he got here he told us it was vented fine and to send the part back. Turned out he was right and the furnace has been fine for a long time. He has done work for several of my family members and they have also been very happy with his services and his prices. Clay also has a big heart and worries about the elderly and people with children if their heat goes out. His logo says on the spot service and that is very fitting for his business as he will always gets to you pretty fast.

Clay is an excellent HVAC specialist. He is honest as the day is long. He quickly solved our a/c problem and has installed a new gas furnace that works great. It has been a pleasure to do business with him. It is a blessing to know we have him as a neighbor.

Being a Landlord, I have had to have Clay work for me many times. I can honestly say he has installed 9 separate systems in the last few years alone and not one of them has had a single problem! On the service side, Clay has repaired my equipment countless times, always at a fair price and often times even on the weekends just to keep my renters comfortable in their apartments. I couldn't believe how fast Clay responded when we needed someone right then to help us. I was so happy, not only with the work of he & his crew but they left my place a little cleaner than I think it actually was before they started their work. Clay gave me a very fair price, especially compared to the others that I called, and he came the same day. I wouldn't call anyone else if I had any heating or AC problems.
