Leonard Martin from CLMS Plumbing communicated thoroughly and accurately about my need for a new water heater. He followed through with what he promised. He was on-time, performed the job professionally and efficiently. It was a no hassle installation with positive results. The price was reasonable with no surprises. I will call CLMS without hesitation for future plumbing projects.

I hired Leonard based on his excellent ratings. I needed him to install a new toilet and a new bathroom faucet in the master bath (both that I provided). Upon completion of the project, I noticed the sink chipped around the drain. Leonard said he had problems getting the old drain ring out. I'm left with an unsightly sink in an already old vanity that was, before this in great shape for it's age. (I was planning on selling the house without updating the bathroom. What was previously a dated, but nice looking sink and vanity, is now an UNSIGHTLY dated sink and will have to be replaced before selling. His repair cost will multiply several times now). The toilet was replaced, but later when sitting on it, the new toilet was installed so that there was space between the bare floor and the rear of the toilet (the empty space where the old toilet sat on the bare floor without linoleum). So now the toilet rocks back and forth between linoleum and bare floor. This could have been resolved by Leonard simply asking me if it's ok to cut out the linoleum where the new toilet will sit so the setting is flush. Thirty six hours later, my wife tells me that all the towels below this sink are wet, the new faucet install is leaking. So I have to call Leonard and get him out to fix the leak and shim the toilet so it doesn't rock. With all his great ratings, I'm sure my experience is simply a bad day for Leonard...but I can't recommend him to others. Both issues should not have occurred. Leonard was very nice to deal with and prompt with appointments.

They did a great job but did forget to put things back (dryer and the refrigerator).

I had left a voice mail requesting service, Leonard called me back within 10 minutes and was able to get out and replace a sprinkler head same day. He was very friendly and even sent me pictures of the completed job when I requested them. Great, fast service at a great price!

On 10/21/2015, I contracted with Leonard Martin, CLMS Plumbing for the purchase and installation of a Bradford White, 75 gal. natural gas power vent water heater. I found Mr. Martin to be very punctual with the appointment date, and was also very impressed with the quality of his work. In addition, his price and installation of the selected water heater was the least expensive after considerable research in the Louisville area. I would highly recommend CLMS Plumbing for all of your plumbing-related needs.

Leonard Martin was very nice, professional and efficient. He called to let me know he was going to be 15 minutes late - no one bothers doing that so I was already impressed before he got there. It was after 2 pm on a Saturday, my gas water heater wasn't working and I couldn't get the pilot to light. I found Leonard's company on Home Advisor and after reading all the positive reviews I called him. I figured it might be the thermocouple and would require parts and labor. He was here within an hour and was able to get the pilot lit. Then he showed me how to light it myself if it should happen again. The service fee was very reasonable and Leonard was courteous and professional. I will definitely call him again.

Mr. Martin called right away, as soon as he saw my request. He scheduled the repair call around another call he had in the area, for the next day. He called before he was arriving to give me an hour's notice, he performed the repair to a leaking pvc line with no problem and he cleaned up the area nicely when finished. Very Professional!

He came out conducted his assessment of what needed to be done and scheduled the repair work for Monday. He arrive on time, completed his work - professionally and efficiently.
