After an A/C technician installing ducts in the attic stuck his foot through the upstairs ceiling (!), Mr. Contreras and his partner performed the repair. This was 17 ft. at height over a marble entryway below, so I was much relieved that they were fully on board and equipped to provide and safely use their own scaffolding. Upon arrival, they immediately applied Ram board floor protection, plywood footing supports for the scaffolding and tarps over the stairwell. They also wore HEPA rated dust masks as the exposed attic was insulated with loose-fill cellulose insulation. We had just had the ceiling painted last summer, and I was concerned about a noticeable patch visible from the foyer. However, upon completion, the repair blended in perfectly to the point that no visible trace remained; the texturing was was matched precisely. They were extremely careful about moving ladders and scaffolding next to the wall (which was a tight fit), and upon completion, they thoroughly cleaned up their jobsite. Josue and his crew were very professional in their work habits. I find that work crews that place a high value on personal safety ('work smart') reflect that same work value in their results. I will be calling C.L. Maverick again for upcoming work.
