Heat Pump - Install or Replace

BKKE left me 4400 dollars poorer with a heat pump that does not function at all. I have consulted an attorney and plan on using them. They failed to repair the unit, failed to respond to a request to repair the unit, and failed to show up for appointments. In my opinion they are incompetent theives.

The communications are very poor, the expectation of having the job done has not been met. It has been almost 2 weeks since I paid the initial deposit and I still do not have any job done and he will not answer any texts of phone calls.
