I came in with a horrible experience and I expected the same from them. They went above and beyond to make my kitchen look spectacular!

We worked with CL Quality for 2 investment properties to remodel the kitchens and bathrooms in hopes that it would last years without any issues, that was not the case with using CL Quality! This is the most unprofessional company I've ever worked with.The first installation work was sloppy, they didn't properly silicone the granite between the backsplash and the counter top behind the faucets in the kitchen and bathroom. Customer service was a disaster from the beginning. When we called to express our concerns, the manager stated that "they're humans and make errors" which is understandable, and "that ours was not the only installation they had that day" implying that they were rushing through the job and was that an excuse to do sloppy work? Thankfully they were able to fix the silicone seal. They did the estimate, fabrication/installation in a timely manner and the work looked amazing, unfortunately that only lasted about 2 months. After 2 months,the granite had dark spots and stains due to improperly sealed granite before installation. I reached out to have them assess and amend the situation which they charged me $75 just to come out. The technician showed up without scheduling with us. Two days went by before I heard from anyone from CL quality and I had to call them to follow up.They informed us that because the tenant had tried to clean the stain themselves, they were not able to do anything to remove the stain. The problem had not been resolved and I felt robbed of my $75 with no response from their sales team. Finally, a week later we were able to schedule a technician to come out again. The technician was scheduled to arrive at 9:30 am on Monday morning and our tenant took off work to be there and they never showed up. I had to call later Monday to reschedule and the best they could do was to say, "They would put us on the schedule for Wednesday," no time.Our tenant could only be available before 2 pm Wed, they called at 2:09 pm stating he was 30 minutes away. The technician came out and according to the team,removed the stain but did not re-seal the granite, which we now know is the true issue. However,the stain was not removed and is still very apparent. I had another granite sealing company assess the issue to confirm that the granite was staining due to not being sealed correctly. After yet again not receiving a call from the team, I called to speak with a manager as to what service the technician had completed Wednesday. She proceeded to tell me that this natural stone stains and sometimes creates dark spots with moisture that will eventually dry. Nearly 2 weeks have gone by and the stain, in the middle of the counter, not near any water or sink, has not dried up nor was it removed by the technician. The manager kept reiterating that our tenants had not properly been using the granite for the 2 weeks they have lived there and since they had used a suspicious white substance on the granite, CL Quality was not responsible for the

Overall a good experience, however installation scheduling was an issue. When granite counter tops are installed, sinks must be removed and disconnected from the water. In my case, the shutoff valves were old and did not work and needed replacing, which I planned to do, but the point is the water had to be completely shut off. I asked CL to give me a time the installers would be arriving because I needed to have a plumber there to disconnect the sinks in the kitchen and both bathrooms; they initially refused to give a time other than between 8 AM and I think 4 PM. They said go ahead and have the sinks disconnected prior to us getting there which didn't work for me because I would be without water for an indeterminate amount of time. I finally got them to give me a set time 10 AM the day of installation, they did not show up at 10 AM, but showed up at 1 PM. When the sales person told me that they were on the way, it was obvious it would be around 1 PM or shortly thereafter. I was initially told the installation would take 5 to 6 hours, the sales person who said they would be there around 1, said that they could have the job done in 3 hours, it took almost 6 and I ended up going over night without water because the plumber could not stand around waiting for them to get done. One other issue, they sold me a stainless steel sink for the kitchen, stainless steel is not supposed to stain. I left a water glass setting in the sink over night and now have a ring stain in one of the sinks. I have soft water, as such, this should not have happened. There should also not be any water spots because soft water does not have the same impurities and or contaminants that tap water does, but the sides of both sinks have them. I've used SS sink cleaner (Weisman), the sink cleans and is shiney but the water spots quickly come back. Long story short, they did a good job and I have already recommended them to a couple of friends, but the installation scheduling for me was a major problem, not to mention having to go over night without water, and of course the issue with the SS sink.

Customer service worked hard to correct problems with installation.

The workers who installed the counter were efficient and careful to protect the cabinets lying underneath. They left everything in good order. I am very pleased with the appearance of the counter and with the workmanship.

Install supervisor, Celio, was great. He is a true perfectionist . I would highly recommend CL Quality. Office staff, Ashley and Lucy were always available to answer questions and very courteous.

The communication from the sales person to us was not good. We were schedule a time and then it would be changed this happened twice during our experience. Once to make the template and once for the actual install. Once they got there the work and cost for the quality was good. The salesperson did not communicate well with us.

CL Quality Marble & Granite is a very professional company. They do great workmanship and complete their work in a very timely manner. We would highly recommend them to others. Very pleased with our granite countertops along with a good price.
