After interviewing different appraisers sent by servicemagic.com I chose Mr. Rogers because he seemed most familiar with the neighborhood. He paid prompt attention to the appraisal and submitted the final documents within a few days. He was very helpful with follow-up questions via e-mail and handling the situation through my attorney as I live in Mexico and the house is in San Antonio. He also recommended several people who might assist in the sale. Certainly better service than an "I'm paid and my job is over" type of person I might have been stuck with.
