Cly-tech's rating? Excellent! I highly recommend Mr. Clyde Harling and Cly-Tech. I will be using Mr. Harling and Cly-Tech again to service and maintain my central heat air conditioning unit. He assisted with an emergency repair on a Sunday afternoon. He arrived on time, was very informative, and explained the details of the repair. He gave a "mini class" explaining how the different parts of the air conditioning unit related to the repair worked together. Mr. Harling made a follow-up call the next day to ensure the unit's proper operation. Very impressive. The best!!!

Not only did Cly-Tech come out to provide estimate, they were able to do the work right away as well. They did a great job.

Overall the experience was good. I had one problem that the installer did not let me know about. He put a hole on the back side of the house before realizing that the hole would be better off on the side of the house. I was not notified of this hole on the back side of the house, I happen to notice it when I was doing a walk through.

Contractor was prompt, professional, courteous, and was able to fix my problem.

I asked for a diagnosis of a problem with my heating vents. Clyde was quick to set up an appointment, called when he was on the way to my house, and did a thorough look at the vents. He was a pleasure to deal with and honest about the nature of the problem. In the end, in part on his recommendation, I did not contract to do a very expensive project to fix my problem, but will wait until and if a new heating system is needed as he suggested.

Did the work and did it well

Cly-Tech have done many jobs fo me, since the first one and I would highly recommend Cly-Tech to everyone. Cly-Tech perform very good work and I have been very pleased with his work and his prices.

I was disappointed with this experience. It took 4 service calls to get my problem solved. The contractor did not diagnose the problem as I had expected. I told him what I thought was the problem. He said he would check further and didn't. A $190 job turned into a $300 nightmare. I didn't expect to be inconvienced as much as I was.

Cly Tech was very persistent in trying to fix my icemaker. Even after making several trips to get the correct part it was still unsuccessful. In the end he was very honest in stating that he did not have the solution for fixing the icemaker without the service manual showing a schematic diagram. Because of this, he did not charge me but I gave him something anyway for his time.

The service was excellent and prompt. Clyde is very knowledgeable and highly skilled. I highly recommend.
